Open doors and windows, turn off the gas at the meter if it's safe to, don't use electrical switches or naked flames, and leave the property. Call the National Gas Emergency Service free on 0800 111 999. Once the supply is safe, we can find and repair the fault.

Turn off the water at the stopcock, usually under the kitchen sink. Switch off the boiler and any electrics near the leak, and catch what water you can. If you can, text us a photo.
